Default converter?

My friend has a Compaq desktop that has no USB. It's old and has a
floppy drive and cd player, but not a cd burner. She wants to get
files off the computer to send to someone else, but they don't have a
floppy drive. Is there a product out there that she can get to make a
USB attach to her computer so she could use a flash drive? She has no
internet.
