Default Armara 3500 supports 320 MB RAM?

Hi,
this machine supports officially max. 192 MB RAM.
There are Kingston modules (KTD-INSP7500) and they say that it fits
into an armada 3500? Do i need a bios upgrade or so if i want to use it
or it will just run?

Thanks!

Euro
