Default Where is Nero Tech Support

Hi All

I'm wondering if anyone has had any success getting a coherent
response from Ahead technical support. When I tried to install Nero 6,
I received an error message on reboot to the effect that files could
not be copied. The installation failed. I sent a message to Ahead's
technical support, and about 2 weeks later received a reply telling me
how to purchase a serial number to install Nero to multiple drives. I
replied pointing out that I could not install Nero to drive C, and had
no wish to install it to multiple drives. After another 2 weeks and no
response, I wrote again expressing my disappointment. Again, no
response. I am a registered user of Nero 5, and in the past, their
technical support has been more-or-less helpful. Now it seems to be
non-existent, and they don't seem to care.

Anyone have similar or different experiences? Anyone have suggestions
for solving the installation problems (although I doubt that I will
use Nero again).

I have e-mailed ahead acouple of times in the last few weeks and they have
replied within 7 days. It seems to take longer to get a reply these days, I
can only assume that it is because of the release of Nero 6 and that they
are more busy than usual.

Did you try Nero CleanTool?
