Epson Perfection V350 Driver
I was attempting to update my v350 driver with the update from the
Epson website, which listed WinXP was included in the v350 driver update, but when running the update, I received a message that the driver was not certified for WinXP. The driver is "epson13832.exe" from Epson driver update website. Is this correct and I should not use it - I cancelled the installation at that point as I was unsure how to proceed. Thanks for any insights. Charliec |

They'd surely have an 800# to call and/or a "contact us" email mechanism. Wouldn't the manufacturer be the authority for its own products? Geo. |
