I'm using an AIW Rage128Pro with W2K's video drivers.

Your displaying on a 10" monitor? What resolution?
Did you install the latest VIA chipset drivers?

Don't think "Rage Fury Pro/Xpert 2000 Pro" use the 128 chipset. Don't know
for sure though and couldn't find the info on the new amd.ati site. Need
clarification.

Did you use the drivers here?
http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/xp/legacy-xp.html

Do NOT use the drivers found on Windows Update.

Also, I believe the minimum resolution required for Windows XP is 800x600.
If your monitor is indeed an old 10-inch model, make sure it can do 800x600.

Alternatively you can try the Windows 2000 driver, though I'm not sure if it
will give you any 3D functionality.

Default ATI Technologies Inc Rage 128 Pro AGP 4x with XP

Both "Rage Fury Pro" and "Xpert 2000 Pro" use the Rage 128 Pro chipset:
http://ati.amd.com/products/rage128p...pro/index.html
http://ati.amd.com/products/rage128p...pro/index.html

Put two Rage 128 chips on a single card and you get Rage Fury MAXX:

Don't think "Rage Fury Pro/Xpert 2000 Pro" use the 128 chipset. Don't know
for sure though and couldn't find the info on the new amd.ati site. Need
clarification.

Both "Rage Fury Pro" and "Xpert 2000 Pro" use the Rage 128 Pro chipset:

Put two Rage 128 chips on a single card and you get Rage Fury MAXX:
