Hello everyone.
I had a friend who wanting me to format his computer and reinstall his
Win OS.
I did and now I can't get the sound to work.
There is no yellow or red sign in front of the sound in device
Manger.
If you go into the sounds and audio device the volume control pointer
move all the way down to 1 or off and you can't move it up or turn
volume up.
If there is no resource problem why can I not get the sound to work?

Not knowing which MS OS you installed, have you tried reinstalling the
drivers?

Hi, I went ahead and install Windows 2000 thinking that it would get
the driver or get it to work ,but it still is not working.
I think that I will reformat the hard drive and install a fresh OS
Maybe the old Win 98 that was on there before I upgraded it to Win
2000
