identify USB pinout
Sorting out the junk shelf, I found some back slot USB ports with the
mainboard connector like this (10 pins, but 2 blank): xxx x x xxx Which manufacturer used this pinout? I know there were 3 different schemes going around in the ancient times, but now most follow the Intel 9-pin specification. I do have a 5-year old Compaq that only uses 8 pins - I hope that still works if somebody reversed the connector...
