whenever i try to downlaodany file from a website opened in mozilla firefox i get the following error download has been blocked by your security zone policy please help what should i do

i tried both the option given by you but still of no use. one thing if i paste the same link in my IE(6.0, cant use latest version) then i can dowload the file... but still i would love using the mozilla downloader!
