Default Compaq 5000T with Quickrestore problem

I have a Compaq 5000T where I tried restore to factory defaults using the 2
Quickrestore CD's that ware packed with the system. The first one worked OK
but the computer was unable to read the second one. Although the disk
appeared to have data on it, I'm unable to find any file or open any
directories. This is the first time I had to use Quickrestore. Contacted
Compaq via the phone but could not understand the person on the other end
except it would cost me to have the CD replaced although I just opened the
packed to use the first time. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks, Bob
