Don't buy it! $79.95 is high for a PSU as mediocore as this 650W
CoolerMaster, especially the better 650W Antec EarthWatts (by Delta)
is available for $4.96 less, delivered:

I mention this Antec only because it was the first 650W PSU I found
when I searched for them. The price is actually nothing special,
even though it's better than what you hyped.

How many whats has your computer drawn from that 650W PSU? No
estimates, actual measurements (Kill-A-Watt number is OK -- actual
power output will be about 75-85% of reading).

The vast majority of people have no problems with even junk PSUs
because their computers don't draw anything close to the maximum rated
capacity. Apparently the Coolermaster GX series is made by SevenTeam,
which is OK but not great and not as good as Delta. Also some
SevenTeams contain decent Samxon capacitors; others instead use pretty
bad Su'scons.
