Default Intel to pull x86 cross-licensing agreement with AMD in 60 days

Intel has stated that they will pull the x86 license from AMD for AMD's
spin-off of its foundary business into a separate company.

It's probably not possible for Intel to pull the x86 license without AMD
pulling its x64 license from Intel.
