ATI TV Wonder USB 2.0 & Macrovision
Does anyone know what will happen if I try to record a Macrovision
protected VHS tape with the above hardware? Does ATI put anything in their hardware/software to stop recording if it detects Macrovision? Thanks... |

Yep! The screen will be scrambled. Unfortunately, macrovision is on the
chip. I've tried all of the software hacks and none of them worked. You will need a seperate device to defeat Macrovision. |
