HP should have the QuickRestore discs for your Presario. Normally they are
just $10 plus postage. Give them a call.

i have been on the phone for 3 hours trying to order the same restore
set of restore cds. all i get is a runaround and transferred to india
and back. most i could get was the part number: 5069-4739. i would
gladly pay $20 for a complete set. mine is a presario 6333om desktop
bought 4 years ago. hard drive crashed and had to replace. original
disks & docs lost during move process.
