An Old Lady Needs Your Help
Good Day!
This is about a Dell 720 printer, never used, brand new. Cause it's outdated Dell will not help with this issue. And I am about to throw it out but I can not afford to right now. I know you wonderful people know far more about electronics than I do probably will know or at least have a suggestion or two why this could be happening and how to fix it. Besides telling me it's junk. Why is it everytime I change the color cartridge this printer will not print anything in color, only uses the black? I have done some searching on this the only thing I found that did take care of this problem once the new color ink was installed was to delete the printer's software, then reinstall it again. But have to do this everytime I put new ink cartridges in which I feel is not right. Does this sound normal for this Dell 720 printer? Please I ask, be kind I am a senior, know very little about electronic stuff. Diane |
