AX8 -POST MESSAGE 8.3 and No Further
Have just set up a new system with an ABIT AX8 board. When power is
applied no fans, no CPU fan - nothing only the GURU LED comes on and stops at 8.3. This is a brand new board which I suspect is dead. Have tried with some or none of the new peripherals. Have tried a brand new PSU as well. If I connect a very old 300W PSU I can get one case Fan to come on but not the CPU fan and the POST code is still 8.3. If anyone has any ideas how to verify its definately a suspect motherboard I would be most grateful - thanks
