So I plan to install a solar captor, a battery, and wifi system (with yagi antenna, ....) Have you already installed such a configuration ? What kind oof solar captor have you installer, what kind of battery, ... where to purchase ? ... Thanks |

There's seems to be various products around- http://www.sailgb.com/p/silva_solar_ii_12v_charger/ http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?...&ModuleNo=2312 and my plan was to use one of these and a sealed lead-acid battery (in suitable container !). |

Quite happy to dicsuss on here, not much activity usually. Not quite sure if these panels have any kind of regulation or not, they appear to present with connections to go straight on the battery. The other issue I haven't quite worked out yet is whether you will to have a system to shut down the camera if the battery gets low and thus give it time to re-charge. |

Today I called the company Silva (http://www.silva.se/) and they told me
to look at the solar products from ICP Global (http://www.icpsolar.com/) because the panel from silva is not enough powerful for what I plan to do according to the french Silva subsidiary.
