Default PCL 3 Print and Landscape Raster Printing

I am working on a program that sends a raster image to a PCL 3
printer. Everything has worked just fine when in portrait paper
orientation. But when I switched to Landscape mode, all I got was a
single line at the edge of the page.

Has anyone encountered this before? If so what did you do to fix it?
Am I going to have to redraw my raster image for printing prior to
sending it to the printer?
