I was Not in the cam - but I was in the router.
I'm not positive about this but if you change the port assignment inside the
cam to 8881
Then simply change the router Advanced/Forwarding for that 'camera' at
192.168.1.103 to pass the same port, 8881 to 8881
then I can't see any reason why you, and the whole world,
can't look thru that cam at http://68.xx.xx.9:8881

That ending 9 digit of your IP# is the www access address just add the
ort which right now is set 1025 and settings look fine for it in the
router but I don't see your camera 103 in the routing tables.
Not Plugged-In ? or bad port number.

Yea, its on 102 Hhmmmm, if youc ant get it then I am really screwed . I
am sure it works, I get it on local LAN, veo cam set up pops up a
browser and I see it. Its outside I cant access the damn thing.
