Default Roxio Easy Media Creator 8 problem

I installed Roxio Easy Media Creator 8 on my own Packard Bell pc and then
tried to install it on my son's machine also, but although it works on mine,
it refuses to install on his. His is a Dell machine and I keep being told
there's a bad file, but there isn't. I then tried to install the 'Drag '
Drop' part of the suite and it said "this software does not support your
processor". What?! His processor is a Core 2 Duo 66000 and mines is only a
1.5GHz P4. Why does it work on mine's and won't install on his higher spec
system?

Joe.

P.S.
We both use Win XP Pro.

Perhaps it is aware the license is in use or did you buy a second copy?

Roxio is a hound. Buy a copy of Nero for the machine you like most.
