Default TV-out with my old Phillips-TV

Hi.

I think your Problem is not a Problem with the PAL System. The difference in
the PAL Systems e.g. PAL-B/G, PAL-I etc is in the Sound-Carrier.PAL-B/G has
5,5Mhz, PAL-I has 6Mhz difference between Picture and Sound-Carrier. You
must get a Picture, if your TV can recieve PAL! Is your Card on PAL
Standart? On mine G450 I can setup between PAL and NTSC.

Hi !

I have a problem with the TV-out funktion on my Matrox G400 Dualhead card.
My television is an old Philips-TV and I think there is a problem with the
PAL-format. Is there some old PAL-formats that the G400 card does not

support?
Where can I find a list with the differendt PAL-formats ?

I can only get a black-screen, with a low background noise.

Regards

Martin J. Larsen
