Default HDD Failur Event Notification ML350 G3

Just installing a new server with W2k3. The server has a smart array 641
controller with a raid 5 setup.

I have also installed the management tools that came with the server, and
setup the notification agent to email me with any problems that might arise.
There does not seem to be any event that is triggered if a HDD goes down in
the RAID setup.

Tried pulling out one of the hotswap drives out of the raid setup whilst in
operation to test.
Did not get any email

Anyone know how to set this up
