Default Parcelfarce Euro 48 possible theft

Ordered a 30" LCD Widescreen TV from dabs.com on 25th March 2006 it was
collected by Parcelfarce on 28th March 2006 under their Euro 48 service.
Tracked through Preston to the National Hub where it was "sorted" at 19:15
on 30th March 2006. Have not recieved it yet as of 06 April 2006. Showing as
in progress on their www tracking system last seen 30th March 2006.

Ordered another one about a week earlier that was ordered on Friday 17th
March 2006 and arrived on the 23rd March 2006 so I suspect its gone missing
aka theft and would the person who took it home with them return in asap no
more said!

F**k F**k and triple F**k now if it arrives tommorow or Monday then please
forgive me but its certainly late at the very least.

Isn't your "contract" of sale - which includes the arrangements for
delivering the goods to you - with Dabs? So, in this case, you should be
on Dabs back if you believe that the goods should have been with you by
now and they have been lost or stolen. If they give you the run-around,
just get in touch with the cc company and report the non-receipt of
goods ordered and paid for and put the transaction in dispute. If you
notify Dabs that this is what you intend to do my guess is that you'll
get some action.

After replacing Dan Hicks with a small shell script on Friday 07 Apr
2006 00:27, the following appeared on stdout:

If they give you the run-around...

....which they will. Dabs, the company that I think about when dealing
with eBuyer problems, which makes me think maybe it's not so bad after
all.

At the end of the day if it has indeed been stolen (which is not conclusive
yet) then I`m sure they'll file a claim with Parcelfarce and recieve
compensation and I`ll get my money back. Either that or I file the claim but
I ain't got all the relevant documentation.

The Parcel force black hole of Preston was the subject of watch dog last
week. Seams they tend to send goods to the wrong location and then have no
way of tracking

heh it actually went through Preston and arrived at the National Hub where
it was "sorted" wherever that is - funny that the last one I ordered must of
taken the same route yet it arrived 4 working days after despatch to the
same address as I ain't changed anything in my dabs.com account.
