Komplett.

From experience, I would recommend Scan. They were great with me when
I purchased a hard disk and had it shipped to the address where I was
working.

There is no best company , The fact is they are only good until you have
a problem with them as most of them are too big to care very much if
they lose you as a customer or not .

I would suggest either Aria (if they have them) or SVP.co.uk.
SVP have a good rep for good customer services.

Cheers!

From experience I would _not_ recommend Scan. They really messed me
about when they shipped me some faulty PC bits - they would not accept
that they were faulty at first, then tried to fob me off with delays
in their "testing labs" and finally completely ignored my emails.
I had threaten them with court action to get a refund. Therefore I
will never use them again.

I have had no trouble with Komplett OTOH.

Definitely recommend SVP - been using them for years and found them to
be quite excellent.

Scan went through a very very bad patch, imho, but they seem to be
pretty decent these days.

However, as you're buying a hard drive, should it fail, it may well be
easier to deal with the manufacturer direct than go back through the
retailer. I've done this for the last few drives I've had that have
failed and found it to be much faster. (Except for Maxtor / Western
Digital who take weeks to get a drive back to you; so much for "fast"
replacement...)

And, in that case, go with whoever's cheaper; you won't need to use them
for support.
