This is not unreasonable, and telling me to get a life is not remotely
helpful.


Perhaps a few sessions of psychotherapy may help you with your trauma ?

Good luck! I'm currently involved in a dispute with them over a faulty item
and have had to resort to involving trading standards to sort it out.
