• Database programming – Access preferred

• Developing and automating reports with graphics and data tables

• Knowledge of healthcare claims and enrollment data

• Expertise building queries to extract information from data
warehouses

• Communicating with clinical staff who may have less technical
knowledge

of data and reporting.
