Default Compaq SR1030Z reboot playing COD 2 after install RX800-TD128E video card

I think the reboot is due to weak power supply, it came with 300w and
the video card spec suggest 350w recommanded. what should i do now?
upgrade power supply? where can i find a replacement with the same
plug? i do have two nec dvd writer, if i take out one of them will it
help the situation? TIA

joe
