Default anyone aware of problems with Aria?

Hi, any of you guys aware of problems with Aria (aria.co.uk). I have
purchased from them in the past but have been unable to contact them for the
past few days. I have emailed 4 times, rang them twice with no joy. The
phone gets picked up by the usual annoying IVR (interactive voice recording)
but never gets answered by a person.
Report back if you're aware of anything.

thanks.
