External RAID hardware recommendations - Promise, JetStor, Nexsan...
We selected the Promise VTrak 300i primarily to store disk-to-disk
backups, and secondarily as storage for Exchange and application servers. I've since heard from suppliers that Promise has terrible customer support. Vendors have suggested JetStor or Nexsan as better choices. Is Promise a company to avoid? Is JetStor any better? Comments/recommendations welcome. Alan
