Default Windows NT 2000 and 2003 server ?

can anybody point me in the right direction for some none microsoft
review of these three server packages. Am tring to one of the key
areas microsoft has changed in these server packages and if they realy
do what they claim. Have search and only found Microsoft point of
you.
