ADV: AbelCam 2.2.0 supports TPZ with Typhon Motion Cam

AbelCam 2.2.0 has been released August 10th 2007.

There are two new features:

- Full TPZ support for the Typhoon Motion Cam
also known as USB 2.0 Motor Tracking Camera

As far as we know it is the only software that allows
controlling Tilt/Pan/Zoom of this camera through any
browser. The package includes both Ajax (Java Script) and
Java controls to move the camera from a remote location.


- AbelCam Network Camera Agent
The Network Camera Agent runs standalone or as a plugin for
AbelCam. It adds features to IP cameras like scaling images
and streams, adding a caption or border.

The agent also makes access from the internet to network cameras
located in a private network easier.

Just like AbelCam, the Network Agent comes with a built in
webserver and a set of web pages.

When used as a AbelCam plugin, the Agent can add additional
cameras for AbelCam without adding load to the server running
AbelCam, as the Agent can run on any computer anywhere.

Both the AbelCam Server and the AbelCam Network Camera Agent
can be tested free of charge.

If you like AbelCams features, you may request a free license which
allows 6 hours online per day.

If you need more online time, you may purchase a license online.
AbelCam is currently available for 20 Euros / 28 USD, the
Network Camera Agent is available for 10 Euros / 14 USD

The programs require .NET 2.0 run on Windows XP and Vista,
but not on the x64 editions.
