Any information about the Clariion DPER?
I recently acquired a Clariion DPER unit, (so i've been told it's a.k.a.
FC5600?) it seems to be complete with exception to drives to populate its 10 slots. I plan on getting the drives soon but I want to first find some actual information on the thing before I drop a decent chunk of money on drives. Does anyone know where I might be able to find any information on the unit? PDF manuals, howtos, software, anything would be fantastic....scouring EMC's site and the rest of the internet has shown me nothing... Thanks for any responses!! Codelevels, Firmware, Drive info, specs, everything. |

Heh.....I wish I could figure out how to get a Powerlink account.....here's
my results from 'applying' at EMC's website a couple weeks ago: "Thank you for your interest in Powerlink, EMC's secure web site for customers and partners. We have not been able to confirm that your company is an EMC customer or has the necessary alliance or channel partner legal agreement with EMC, therefore, your Powerlink account has been deactivated. If you feel we are in error, please contact your local EMC account manager. Kind Regards, The Powerlink Team" Apparently, since I got their (legacy) hardware second-hand, it (as well as I) is worth nothing to them, or anybody. *sigh* "Rob D." wrote in message om...
