I/O fan for Proliant 6400R needed...
Anyone know a source for one or more Proliant 6400R I/O fans (I believe
it's part number 101933-001 based on an ebay search) in the Los Angeles area? I had a power surge of some sort this afternoon and it seems to have taken out one of my fans of all things and reset a few other assorted clocks in the house. Anyway, I've taken out the fan and tried to quickstart it manually but no go.. I've got several identified on E*bay but they're located in Minnesota and would likely be out for at least a week.. I guess it pays to have a spare parts server available.. If an entire fan assy isn't available, I might be interested in a locally available replacement fan that works as OEM if possible.. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! -- Rick |
