I know this, but by default it is only supposed to use at a max of 10%
(or somthing like that) of the hard drive. It failed to work properly
and filled the hard drive completely. I did turn it off.

1. Delete _Restore in DOS.

2. ME will recreate it at startup.

3. Mark it "read only." No more growing _Restore folder. Also, no more
System Restore. There are utilities which do it better, anyway.
