1tb HD failures...??
I heard recently that there has been a high number of 1tb USB
failing...? Has anyone seen or read anything ...?

Maybe you have it confised with the firmware bug in 1TB Seagates? BTW, capitalisation is important in units. it is TB, not tb. 't' has no meaning as prefix. 'b' is bit, 'B' is byte. Arno
