Default Genicom printer spacing with W2K

Put a W2K workstation on our NT network & can't get our 3810S to line
space correctly. Tried downloading drivers for our server, then
installed the printer locally with an ip port address & new W2k
drivers. Even tried Generic/dumb but nothing works!
Any drivers or suggestions?
Thanks,
Bill
