Echoed in its entirety by idiots who also toppost. Actually the
exchange rate is roughly correct today, but inverted. I am quite
willing to buy USD for 0.75 Can.

Instead of propagating the ugly thing you might have done
something constructive by reporting it to the abuse address. In
this case I suspect that address was valid.
