Default it's upgrade time again---so i ask the experts anybody got a AT8?

i want to upgrade my puter--which abit board is worthy??
i'm leaning toward the at8 mobo--but i have questions

i want an athlon 64 X2 duel core 4400
1 gig ram
4 hdd's sata raid sys

questions

how big a power supply? good case/with vent fans
is agp obsolete? do we have to go pci express?
