Default Inspiron 8600 vs Latitude D800

hello,

i'm looking to buy another dell laptop. i currently have an inspiron 8000.

i'm trying to figure out what are the differences between these 2 models in
terms of performance and components. Are the components better in the
latitude?

over the summer I saw posts from inspiron 8600 owners that complained about
the keyboard. i held off buying because of that.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

thank you
indera
