Hard to do since 1.3GHz ia the fastest Duron sold.

Your PC supports up to Duron 950 (Spitfire) (200MHz FSB)
The 1.0 - 1.3 GHZ Duron will not work in this model
You can use an Athlon T-Bird up to 1.4GHz (200MHz FSB)
