Default Scan verification

Hi,

Have ordered some stuff twice from Scan now, and both times although I select an
alternative address for delivery, I get an "address verification failed" email,
and the package gets sent to the billing address.

Scan can't tell me how I can "pass" this test - do I need to tell the credit
card company the other address? Can I do this with Amex?

cheers
