SL-75DRV2 and XP2000+

I hope someone can help me...I've been trying for 2 days on this
one!!!!
I am trying to upgrade an old soltek 75drv2 motherboard to take a new
athlon 2000+ ...I have updated the bios to rev 41 (75drvk41.bin) but
the mobo still refuses to boot....when I replace the old Duron 1000
everything boots fine.......I have adjusted the switches to cater for
the 133 clock speed but it still hangs and doesnt even get to the bios
screen.................has anyone been here before and knows what I am
doing wrong ..............??
