fixing the 60 Mhz refresh rate problem in Win XP?

What do you guys use to get past the 60 MHz refresh rate problem (in games)
when using Win XP

Service Pack 1 was supposed to fix that. It hardly did. I've used
RefreshForce, and some other app in the past. One works with some games,
and they other one with other games, but I can never use one and never have
to worry about this problem again. Ex: neither one worked with Medal of
Honor Breakthrough. I ended up playing the game in 98 to get rid of the
problem

What do you recommend as a good app for fixing this refresh rate on XP when
using a Radeon VidCard?
