Walking desk!! Cool!

I Googled and YouTubed the walking desk and actually
find the idea very intriguing!!

May actually try to cobble something like this together

Anyone doing it?

The first one I looked was a guy that made a 7 min video of him just
walking.

I got the idea after about 10 sec.

Can you say overkill boys and girls?


why overkill?

I spent 10 years setting in front of a computer and the
sedentary lifestyle made my health terrible?

I think there is merit to this idea.... if not walking
at least "stand up"
