ATI Silent/quiet video card

Hello All

I seem to have difficulty finding an ATI medium/high end video which is passively cooled
as it comes from the manufacturer i.e. I don't want to have modify it with a 3 rd party
cooler.
Anyone here know of any video card in the 5??? series that fits this parameters even one
with
a fan if it is quiet.
