Excellent service from kustompcs.co.uk

these guys just get better and better. i have been a long standing
customer. their prices might not be the best in some of the components
available from ebuyer etc but in terms of accessories like fans, psu
and a lot of silent pc items they have such a good selection. all my
emails get answered within a few minutes it seems.

anyway, about six months ago i bought an asus socket 479 converter
from them. it comes with a heatsink and fan to attach to celeron m or
pentium m cpus. the fan was a little on the noisy side even at 7
volts. so last week i thought i would get a fan duct for it. looking
at it the fan seemed to be 60 mm so i ordred a duct that would convert
the 60mm to 80. duct came in and did not fit. i thought it was
something to do with the heatsink. so i ordered a silent 60mm fan.
again that came the next day. the fan did not fit either. so it
occured to em that i was being stupid and i measured the heatsink. it
was in fact 70mm! so i ordered the 70mm and that came next day.

the 60mm fan and duct i had boguht were not needed but were out of
packaging. i droped an email to kustompcs and within minutes they sent
an rma number and asked me to send it back. the only posted the items
back yesterday and refund was issued today. that is what i call good
service! thank you steven and thomas.
