data1.dat
I keep getting a meeage saying data1.dat can't be found on my W4000 running
XP. Does anyone know what it is and how to fix it? Thanks Alan Kerr |

I don't think it's part of XP. I have two separate XP machines and neither
has it. Pehaps you have a background program running thatis looking for it. Do a crl-alt-del to see what is running. Do a 'google' search and see what turns up. "Alan Kerr" wrote in message ... Update your anti-virus software, and you may want to run the CD based DOS scan first, to ensure your machine is clean before you proceed.
