Default streamline repetitive tasks and improve ergonomics

I am looking for ways to make computing more enjoyable – to streamline
repetitive tasks and improve ergonomics. Things like the following:

1. Utilities that minimize drilling down directories or menus like
· Dialog Box Assistant
· TheBrain
· Correlate
2. Dual monitors
3. Height-adjustable table for keyboard and trackball so I can sit or
stand
4. Ergonomic keyboard
5. Extra keypad or stick with programmable keys
6. Speech recognition software for navigation of desktop and dictation
of text
7. Tools already present in Windows (2000)

What is your experience with any of these? What other recommendations
do you have?

Thanks,
Teffy
