Default is ATI under new management ?

This fix with guideplus.. real fast service when you consider it had to go thru
a 2nd company.
I ordered the original aiw9800 CD from them yesterday [3-5 day shipping].It
was delivered 2 hours ago via fedex from Texas, and it worked.

is ATI under new management ? Or is this fast service just a fluke ?

I've had very fast service from ATI as well - they still have the same
managers in charge. I think with many big companies there will be people
complaining about customer service/performance but when the level of
complaints are taken as a percentage of overall customers, the figure will
be very small.
