Default ATI's Overlay -- Clone Mode Options lose settings

Is anyone having problems with the settings not saving all the time?
ATI's clone mode options seem to be lost after playing back a video
file in Media Player and ATI's File Player? Is anyone else noticing
this? I also noticed this problem in v3.7. I am using v3.8.

Thank you in advance.
