Default Intel offices raided by Japan

This doesn't look like a typical case of AMD complaining to some
authorities about unfair trade practices against Intel (those get
typically ignored). This one seems to be of sources unknown, though
they speculate that it could be political (Japan vs. America trade
maybe). There was also some speculation that Japanese PC companies
like NEC, Sony, or others had complained about strong-arm tactics, but
it's not mentioned in this article.
